Make sure that you do not over crowd the air fryer as the salmon will not cook properly. I like to cook mine in batches. I did 3 in the first batch and the remaining filet in another batch.

- Meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the salmon is at least 145F.
How to make Frozen Salmon in the Air Fryer
- Carefully cut the frozen salmon into 4 5 oz fillets.
- Next, transfer the frozen fillets to the air fryer basket. You may need to cook them in batches depending on how much you are cooking.
- First, cook frozen salmon fillets for 4 minutes at 390F. Next, baste them with half of the teriyaki sauce and cook for 4 more minutes.
- Then, baste with the remaining half of the teriyaki sauce and cook for 4 additional minutes. Check to make sure the internal temperature is at least 145F.
- Carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer basket and top with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
Oven Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425F.
- Then, carefully cut the salmon into 4 (5 oz) filets.
- Next, transfer the salmon to a lined baking sheet, and cook for 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145F.
- Baste the salmon filets with the teriyaki sauce and then broil for 2 minutes or until salmon have a nice brown coating.
- Remove the salmon from the oven and top with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
Substitutions
If you do not want to make my homemade honey paleo teriyaki sauce, you can purchase a store brand like Primal Kitchen Teriyaki or Kevin's Paleo Teriyaki sauce.
If you do not have salmon, you can always try these similar healthy fat fish like trout, herring, or mackerel.

Love all your recipes, I have added them to my cookbook. You say you like your Cosori air fryer the best. Please check your model and serial number from the list you will find online as there have been some fire issues with some of them and they are asking for them to be returned even if you cannot find your receipt.
