Tips & Tricks to make Perfect Grilled Asparagus
First off, I've grilled asparagus many many times, and thicker is always better. Especially on the Blackstone grill!
It's the key to having crunchy delicious asparagus every time.
This also goes true if you're roasting asparagus or air frying asparagus. Thick asparagus leads to nice crunchy spears and thin asparagus will lead to floppy, over cooked asparagus.
Another rule of thumb is to test a large asparagus spear when they start to char on the grill. If it's al dente texture, then they're done and it's time to remove them.
You don't want over cooked griddled asparagus!
