Why you'll love this Blackstone Zucchini Recipe
- Quick & Easy - Done in about 10 minutes start to finish!
- Budget Friendly - This summer vegetable is especially cheap in season.
- Low Carb & Paleo Recipe - This grilled zucchini is a delicious low carb recipe appropriate for a paleo diet
Ingredients
- Zucchini: fresh medium zucchini, chopped into 2-3 inch chunks
- Avocado oil: I use avocado oil or an animal fat to coat the Blackstone so that the zucchini does not stick to the grill. Avocado oil and animal fats such as tallow, lard and duck fat are good for cooking at high temperatures because of their high smoke point. If you don’t have any of the above you can use, butter, or ghee.
- Seasonings: fresh minced garlic, Italian seasoning, coarse salt, ground black pepper
Tools to make this easy recipe
- I have the 22 inch portable tabletop flat griddle grill station. It’s perfect for the RV travel life! I also have friends that have the Blackstone Adventure Ready 2-Burner 28″ Outdoor Griddle
