Substitutions
If you don't have boneless skinless chicken breasts available, you can also use chicken breast filets, chicken cutlets, chicken tenders, or boneless skinless chicken thighs.
If you use bone in chicken breasts or split chicken breasts, you won't be able to butterfly them so they will take longer to cook.
Stovetop Directions
If you don't have a Blackstone griddle or similar griddle, you can make this recipe on the stove. First get a large cast iron skillet or frying pan.
Heat the cast iron skillet over medium high heat. Add avocado oil to the skillet once hot. Then add the chicken breasts.
Cook for 5-6 minutes each side.
Check the internal temperature of the chicken and remove.

Fancy a dipping sauce? Serve it with this Keto BBQ Sauce, ranch or copycat Chick-fil-A sauce. Any are a great option!
If you have leftover rice, you can add some honey paleo teriyaki sauce and frozen vegetables to the grill like I did in this Blackstone Chicken Tender Recipe.
How to store
Store leftovers in an airtight container up to 5 days. I typically use glass containers to store food in or meal prep, but they were all in use.
How to reheat
If you're using a glass meal prep container, remove the lid and microwave on high for 1 to 1.5 minutes or until chicken is warm. You may also transfer the chicken to a microwave safe plate to warm up.
