Perfectly seasoned with juicy dark meat and crispy chicken skin, what more could you ask for with these Smoked Chicken Thighs? Bonus! It's mostly hands-off cooking time.
Smoked Chicken Thighs
Cooking chicken thighs on the Smoker is one of the easiest ways to get juicy chicken thighs every single time. It's practically a set-it-and-forget-it type of cooking method.
The wood pellets used in Traeger smokers infuse the chicken with a distinct smokiness that elevates the chicken thighs to a whole new level. The skin develops a perfect caramelized crispy crust, offering a satisfying crunch with each bite.
