Making these boneless skinless chicken thighs in the are fryer is incredibly easy! I always have a batch of my Paleo Teriyaki Sauce on hand so it speeds up this recipe! I've used this teriyaki sauce for this Air Fryer Teriyaki Salmon recipe, Teriyaki Blackstone Chicken Tenders and these Teriyaki Chicken Thighs on the Blackstone Griddle.
I love the combination of sweet and savory flavors that the teriyaki sauce brings out. These boneless skinless chicken thighs pairs perfectly with Air Fryer Brussel Sprouts or any of these low carb side dishes. Or even consider making these Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowls.
These chicken thighs are simply coated with the homemade teriyaki sauce and topped with sesame seeds and I served it with an easy side salad because I wasn't in the mood to cook anything else LOL.
I tend to make it on nights I come home late from bowling league or when I'm super lazy, because it's so easy to make!
