How to make Air Fryer Bacon Wrapped Meatballs
- Follow the instructions from the keto meatball recipe to make meatballs. You can reduce the amount it makes, cook or freeze the rest.
- Wrap each meatball in a slice of bacon, tucking the ends into the bacon to secure it in place. Transfer the bacon into the air fryer basket.
- Cook the meatballs in the air fryer for 12 minutes at 400F.
- Flip the meatballs over and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until meatballs reach an internal temperature of 160F.
Oven Directions
If you do not have an air fryer you can always place these in the oven.
- Preheat oven to 425F
- Bake for 15 minutes
- Remove meatballs and let meatballs cool slightly

If you do not have ground beef, a great substitution is to use ground turkey. It contains less saturated fats, but still keeping the same consistency and texture.
