- onion

- crushed tomatoes
- seasoning: kosher salt or coarse salt, herbes de Provence, oregano, black pepper

How to make Low Carb Spaghetti Sauce
- Heat a saucepan over medium high heat. Add the avocado oil, and once the oil is hot add the diced onions. Cook until the onions are translucent.
- Next add the garlic.
- Once the garlic is fragrant add the crushed tomatoes. Stir.
- Bring to a boil and then add the dried seasonings. Stir.
- Reduce the sauce to a simmer. Cover and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat. Add in the basil and stir.
