Asparagus on the Blackstone Griddle
Making asparagus on the Blackstone Griddle is insanely easy to do! Crunchy delicious grilled asparagus is a healthy side dish. Minimal ingredients of garlic, salt, pepper and oil, this dish is done in no time at all!

1 pound asparagus 3 tablespoon avocado oil 2 cloves garlic minced ½ teaspoon coarse salt ¼ teaspoon pepper
Wash your asparagus. Snap off the ends of the asparagus.
Add the asparagus to a large baggie.
In a small bowl, add the oil, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Mix until combined.
Add the oil mixture to the baggie. Coat asparagus evenly with seasoning.
Heat up the Blackstone Griddle to medium-high heat.
Add the contents of the bag to the grill. Spread out the asparagus into a single layer.
Cook for about 5-6 minutes flipping and rotating the asparagus to cook evenly.
Remove from the grill. Enjoy.
Optionally top with parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes.
