Roasted Garlic Parmesan Asparagus

Quick and easy roasted garlic parmesan asparagus. Simply seasoned with avocado oil, sea salt, pepper and parmesan cheese.

This roasted parmesan asparagus recipe is literally too good to be true. If you like roasted vegetables this is a very simple and delicious side you can serve weekly with any dinner.

Asparagus is a popular vegetable to eat on a low carb or keto diet but it can get boring after a while. That’s why I decided to switch things up a bit from my regular roasted asparagus recipe.

Ingredients for Roasted Garlic Parmesan Asparagus

  • 1 pound of asparagus, ends removed
  • 2 Tbsp avocado oil
  • ½ tsp coarse sea salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup plus 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

How to make Baked Parmesan Asparagus

Heat Oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil.

Place asparagus onto a sheet pan, drizzle with avocado oil. Roll the asparagus on the sheet pan until they are coated with oil 

Sprinkle with salt, pepper and ¼ cup of parmesan cheese.  

Bake for 5-6 minutes. Turn oven to broil and brown another 2 minutes. Remove from oven and top with remaining parmesan cheese.

Parmesan Asparagus

Roasted Parmesan Asparagus are literally to die for. If you like baked vegetables this is a very simple and delicious side you can serve weekly with any entree.
