Smoking turkey wings are incredibly easy and make the meat super juicy and the skin nice and crunchy. You'll wonder why it took you so long to try them!
Smoked Turkey Wings
Making Smoked Turkey Wings is a great way to enjoy wings in a whole new way. You may of thought of turkey as just a protein that you cook for Thanksgiving or Christmas, but you can use turkey for any occasion.
These turkey wings are a great substitution to chicken wings, but you've been warned, they're HUGE! If you invite friends over for "smoked wings," they'll be shocked when you plop just 1 wing onto their plate. For reference, two wings are about the size of a standard baking sheet.

Why you'll love this Smoked Turkey Wings
- Low-Carb Recipe - with only 3g of carbs per serving this is a great option (it also completely depends on the seasoning blend you use - you can also make it a zero carb recipe).
- Juicy - the smoker leaves these turkey wings crispy on the outside but juicy on the inside
Ingredients
- Turkey wings - I found these at a local meat market, but you might have your best bet of finding these around the holidays.
- Your favorite poultry seasoning - I used one that had a little bit of a kick to it
Tips & Tricks
Pre-heat the smoker for about 15 minutes prior to adding the meat, or however long it takes for the smoker to come up to temperature. Make sure that you keep the smoker at a steady temperature to ensure even cooking.
