5 chicken thigh 1 tablespoon tandoori masala
Turn Smoker to 275F, and heat for about 15 minutes or until the smoker reaches temperature.
Blot the chicken thighs with a paper towel. Sprinkle with seasoning.
Grease the grates and add the chicken thighs.
Insert thermometer and cook for 1 hour 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
Remove when the chicken reaches an internal temperature of at least 165F.
