Smoked Bone-in Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 5 chicken thigh
  • 1 tablespoon tandoori masala

Instructions

  • Turn Smoker to 275F, and heat for about 15 minutes or until the smoker reaches temperature.
  • Blot the chicken thighs with a paper towel. Sprinkle with seasoning.
  • Grease the grates and add the chicken thighs.
  • Insert thermometer and cook for 1 hour 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Remove when the chicken reaches an internal temperature of at least 165F.
