Peaches n Cream Ice Cream

Peaches and cream ice cream is an incredibly delicious and satisfying treat, especially during the warm summer months when peaches are at their peak of flavor.

The combination of sweet, juicy peaches and rich, creamy ice cream creates a delightful balance of flavors and textures that is sure to please your taste buds.

I was excited to make this Peaches n Cream Ice Cream in the Ninja Creami. It is made with minimal ingredients and is super easy to make!

I initially made this peach ice cream on the ice cream function because it used heavy cream, but if I were to make this recipe again; I would use half and half and possibly run it on sorbet mode to see if the texture would be better.

The flavor was delicious nonetheless.

  • Easy Ice Cream Recipe – with the Ninja Creami you can make your very own ice cream at home in no time!
  • Simple ingredients – with only 4 ingredients this makes for a simple and easy recipe.
  • Super Flavorful - Ripe peaches have a natural sweetness that is both refreshing and satisfying. Their juicy, tender flesh bursts with flavor, adding a delightful natural sweetness to the ice cream.

Ingredients

  • Frozen Peaches
  • Heavy cream or half and half
  • Vanilla extract
  • Stevia extract
ingredients of heavy cream, vanilla, peaches, and stevia extract

Tips & Tricks

Don't forget to plan ahead! It will take up to 18-24 hours to freeze. If your peaches are extra frozen or kind of icy, you may want to add a little bit of unflavored beef gelatin or collagen peptides for a smooth texture.

Tools to make this easy recipe

  • Ninja Creami ice cream maker – I honestly am in love with this Ninja Creami. Before I bought these extra Ninja Creami Pints I was using it every day. I make ice cream in my Ninja Creami in bulk, doing 4-5 recipes at a time.

How to make Peaches n Cream Ice Cream

  1. Add all of the ingredients into the Ninja Creami ice cream pint and place the lid on. Freeze for 18-24 hours. This recipe does not need to be blended before freezing.
  2. Once the ice cream base is completely frozen, remove it from the freezer.
  3. Remove the lid and transfer the pint into the Ninja Creami pint holder.
  4. Place the blade into the lid and then place the lid onto the pint holder.
  5. Lock the ice cream into the Creami and select the sorbet setting.
  6. If, after one round of spinning your ice cream is a little dusty in texture and not creamy, select the “spin again” setting. You may have to repeat this several times depending on your peaches.
  7. After it’s finished remove the pint from the holder and enjoy.

How to store

Store this ice cream in the freezer with the lid on and on a flat surface. It should last 3 to 6 months in the freezer as long as the lid is on tight.

If you only eat a portion of it, make sure to smooth the top layer flat so you can spin it in the Ninja Creami when you’re ready to eat.

In your nutritional breakdown, you stated there was 297 kcal. One cup of heavy cream has approximately 820 calories. Am I doing something wrong?

The calories are per serving (3) not per the entire pint

What could you substitute for Stevia? It's the only alternative sweetener which has an aftertaste for me. I have access to pretty much all the other ones, allulose, monk fruit blends, etc.

Try allulose is my favorite of the powdered or granulated blends

If I don't want to use Stevia or other artificial ingredients, how much sugar would I use instead. Also, can I use 2% milk in lieu of a low-calorie milk like Fairlight. Thank you.

I would do 1 tbsp of sugar or 2 tbsp of maple syrup. You can try changing the liquid and just note that you may have to spin a few extra times and adding in a couple tablespoons of liquid if still powdery.

Not sure I understand recipe. You just freeze the peaches in one container and then liquid in another? or do you combine them all and blend after they are frozen together

For this recipe I filled the pint container to the max fill line with frozen peaches. Then you add the heavy cream to the pint container. Freeze. Then you process in your ninja creami after it's been frozen for 18-24 hours.
