If you prefer a softer broccoli increase the cook time to 6 minutes. If you prefer a crunchier broccoli decrease the time to 4 minutes.

How to make Blackstone Broccoli
- First, wash the broccoli and chop it into small florets.
- In a gallon bag or large bowl, add the broccoli, avocado oil, minced garlic, salt and black pepper
- Mix until the broccoli is evenly coated.
- Preheat the Blackstone to medium-high heat. Once hot, add the contents of the bag or bowl.
- Cook for 4-6 minutes until the broccoli is at desired tenderness. 4 minutes for crunchier and 6 minutes for more tender.
- Remove the broccoli from the griddle and transfer to a bowl.

If you don’t have a Blackstone griddle or similar griddle, you can make this recipe on the stove. First, get a large cast iron skillet.
Heat the cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add avocado oil to the skillet once hot. Then add the broccoli.
Cook for 4-6 minutes or desired tenderness.

If you do not have broccoli available, try making Brussel Sprouts or asparagus on the Blackstone Griddle.
