Air Fryer Peppers and Onions

Air Fryer roasted peppers and onions is a flavorful low carb side dish that use to spruce up some boring dinner meals. It’s one of my favorite ways to cook peppers and onions other than on the Blackstone Griddle.

They come out perfect every time and no need to worry about burning them! Plate them with a nice air fryer ribeye steak or make with while you’re broiling chicken thighs in the oven.

Or you can even use they air fried peppers to make this Muhammara, a delicious roasted red pepper and walnut dip! It’s quicker and easier to roast peppers in the air fryer than the oven!
