Having Turkey Wings in the Smoker is something that I always wanted to try. I finally dit it and it turned out amazing and juicy!

- 2 turkey wings
- 2 tablespoon poultry seasoning
Turn Smoker to 225F, and heat for about 15 minutes or until the smoker reaches temperature.
Sprinkle the turkey wings with the seasoning.
Grease the grates and add the turkey wings.
Insert thermometer and cook for 3 ½ hours, flipping halfway.
Remove when the turkey reaches an internal temperature of at least 165F.
