Sweet and juicy corn is cooked on a Blackstone griddle, creating a caramelized, smoky flavor that's sure to be a crowd-pleaser.
Some recipes for corn on the Blackstone, you'll see them blanch the corn first before throwing them on the griddle, but I didn't do that with mine. I didn't feel the need to dirty up a pot.

- First, remove the husk from the corn and remove as many strands as possible.
- Then, wash the corn.
- Turn the griddle on to medium heat; once the griddle is hot, add avocado oil and then the corn.
- Cook the corn on all sides until it starts to char.
- Next, add a few tablespoons of water to the griddle to start steaming the corn. Repeat this process until the corn is tender. If you have a dome, you can place it over the corn to help speed up the steaming process.

First, remove the husks and silk from the corn. Next, fill a large pot with enough water to cover the corn and bring it to a boil. Once the water is boiling, add the corn to the pot and let it cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the corn is tender.
