pork tenderloin with apples and red potatoes in a pampered chef deep covered baker

I recently went to a Pampered Chef party and picked up one of these deep covered bakers among a bunch of other things. This was my first pampered chef party and it definitely won't be my last!

The first recipe I decided to cook in my new Pampered Chef dutch oven was a pork tenderloin! When I was at the Pampered Chef Party I couldn't believe it but they cooked 2 chicken breasts in the microwave and it came out amazing!

I think the reason why it comes out nice and tender is because the covered baker is stone ware and it acts the same way as a roaster in the oven.

This easy pork tenderloin recipe is perfect for those days where you really don't want to cook but you still want to have a home cooked meal. After a long stressful day a work and then an hour at the gym, the last thing I want to do is cook.

The meal is so easy, just a little chopping and then throwing everything in a deep covered baker, and then cook it in the microwave---it doesn't even seem like cooking. Plus it's done in less than 30 minutes!

This recipe is so simple with only 5 ingredients, it's perfect kid friendly recipe too! I don't have any children (yet), but when I do I will definitely be getting them involved in the kitchen early.
