Blackstone Pork Tenderloin

Cooking pork on the blackstone might be my favorite way to cook it! I've already made these Blackstone pork chops, and of course Blackstone bacon! And now these two one pound pork tenderloins.

I cooked one medium rare (145F) and the other medium (150F). I wanted to see if the doneness had a chance in tenderness and in this case it didn't.

Both tasted the same and both were just as tender even though one was cooked more. And if you're watching your carbohydrate intake, this recipe has just 7g total carbs.

It does have honey, so if you're following a super strict clean keto diet you might want to omit it. Or you can use this allulose honey to make this recipe keto.

I also griddled some acorn squash on the Blackstone while I was cooking these pork tenderloin medallions.
