How to make Smoked Chicken Drumsticks

  1. Turn the Smoker to 275F, and heat for about 15 minutes or until the smoker reaches temperature.
  2. Blot the chicken drumsticks with a paper towel. Sprinkle with seasoning.
  3. Grease the grates and add the chicken drumsticks.
  4. Insert thermometer and cook for 1 hour 15 minutes, flipping halfway. 
  5. Baste with the BBQ sauce and cook for another 15 minutes.
  6. Remove when the chicken reaches an internal temperature of at least 165F.
