Scrambled eggs on the Blackstone griddle is a quick and delicious way to cook your eggs. These eggs are done in just four minutes! These Blackstone Eggs are one of my favorite breakfast items when I’m out traveling in the RV.

Scrambled Eggs on Blackstone Griddle

Blackstone scrambled eggs are an easy breakfast recipe to cook for large groups. Cooking eggs on the Blackstone griddle makes them come out light and fluffy. Everyone will love them!

I love serving my scrambled eggs with crispy bacon and leftover Blackstone steak. You can also find a lot more Blackstone breakfast recipes in this Best Blackstone Recipes Post.

With my eggs, I cook bacon on the Blackstone first and then I cook the eggs in the bacon grease. It gives the eggs an amazing flavor!

Why you’ll love these Scrambled Eggs on Blackstone Griddle

  • Quick Blackstone Breakfast – these eggs are done in just 4 minutes, which includes prep time! I love that you don’t have to use a frying pan or those little egg rings.
  • Keto and low carb – with only 1g of total carbs and 18g of protein per serving this is great for keto or low carb diet.
  • Easy Recipe – the recipe has no special Ingredients. You can get all of these simple ingredients at your local grocery store. You can also make these eggs on an electric griddle if you don’t own a Blackstone.

Ingredients

  • eggs: the type of egg that I use is local eggs when possible. They are free range and taste so much better! Plus they tend to have a better nutritional profile because of their diet.
  • seasoning: salt, ground black pepper
  • grated parmesan cheese: you can also use freshly shredded
  • chives and ketchup for optional for toppings

Tips & Tricks for cooking eggs on a flat top griddle

The cooking surface of the griddle does heat up quickly so these eggs will cook super fast. Make sure you scrape the bottom of the eggs to prevent them from burning.

Make sure the griddle temperature is around medium heat to medium high heat. If you can master the correct heat, you can make a delicious breakfast in no time at all.

How to make Scrambled Eggs on Blackstone Griddle

  1. Crack the eggs into a medium bowl. Whisk until light and fluffy then mix in the salt and pepper.
  2. Preheat griddle to medium heat or medium high heat. Top with oil or you can cook bacon on the Blackstone first and cook it in the bacon grease. That is what I did for this recipe.
  3. Pour the egg mixture onto the hot griddle. They will cook and bubble up quick. 
  4. Scrap and flip the eggs quickly to prevent them from burning.
  5. Remove from the griddle and top with parmesan cheese.
  6. Optionally top with sliced chives.

Preheat griddle to medium high. Pour whisked eggs onto the hot griddle.

Stovetop Directions

First, preheat a skillet to medium high heat. Add oil or bacon grease. Then pour the whisked eggs onto the hot skillet. Stir and flip occasionally until done. Remove from the skillet and top with parmesan cheese.

Substitutions

If you do not want to use a whole egg, you can also use separated egg whites or a carton of Egg Whites to make this egg recipe. They just won’t be as flavorful in my opinion.

Use can also make over-easy eggs or an over-hard griddled egg in the bacon fat for a quick breakfast.

What to serve with Scrambled Eggs on Blackstone Griddle

One of my favorite foods to pair with these Blackstone scrambled eggs is bacon. You can also serve it with Canadian bacon, breakfast sausage, French toast or these keto hash browns or a beef hash if you want to keep it low carb.

How to store

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.

How to reheat

Remove the lid from the container and microwave on high for 1 minute or until the eggs are warm. You may also transfer the eggs to a microwave safe dish to warm up.
