- Sliced mushrooms

- Fresh garlic cloves or garlic powder
- Beef broth or chicken broth
- Tamari or Soy sauce
- Paprika
- Onion powder
- Italian seasoning
- Xanthan gum (optional to thicken sauce)
How to make Low Carb Crockpot Pork Chops
Your first step will be to season pork chops evenly with salt and pepper. Next, place the mushrooms and onion in the bottom of a slow cooker. Then place pork chops on top.
Next, mix the beef broth, tamari, garlic, and seasonings in a medium mixing bowl, then pour on top of he pork chops. Then, cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
How to make low carb gravy
First remove the pork chops from the slow cooker and set aside. Cover them with foil and allow them to rest before cutting into them.
Remove ½ cup of liquid from the slow cooker and whisk in the xanthan gum until blended. Return the liquid to cooker and cook oh high with the lid off for 10-15 minutes until the gravy thickens.
Serve the pork chops with mushroom gravy and enjoy.

- If you're not trying to make this as quick as possible, over medium-high heat add a little bit of olive oil to a large skillet and brown pork chops on each side to lock in a little more flavor.

Crockpot Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 4 pork chops bone in or boneless
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 8 ounces mushrooms sliced
- ½ cup onion sliced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 Cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon tamari or soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon xanthan gum
Instructions
- Season pork chops evenly with salt and pepper.
- Place mushrooms and onion in the bottom of a 6qt slow cooker, then place pork chops on top.
- Mix the beef broth, tamari, garlic, and seasonings in a medium mixing bowl, then pour over the contents of the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Remove chops from cooker and transfer to a cutting board. Cover with foil and allow to rest.
