How to make Smoked Chicken Wings
- Turn the Smoker to 225F, and heat for about 15 minutes or until the smoker reaches temperature.
- Blot the chicken wings with a paper towel. Sprinkle with seasoning.
- Grease the grates and add the chicken wings.
- Insert thermometer and cook for 3 hours, flipping halfway.
- Remove when the chicken reaches an internal temperature of at least 165F.
Oven Directions
Preheat oven to 400F.
Seasoning as directed above. Place chicken wings in a baking dish.
Cook for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165F.
Substitutions
If you do not have any chicken wings, you can use chicken drumsticks or thighs. Or if you're brave, you can even use turkey wings and make it a smoked turkey wing recipe.
