Blackstone scrambled eggs are an easy breakfast recipe to cook for large groups. Cooking eggs on the Blackstone griddle makes them come out light and fluffy. Everyone will love them!

With my eggs, I cook bacon on the Blackstone first and then I cook the eggs in the bacon grease. It gives the eggs an amazing flavor!

Tips & Tricks for cooking eggs on a flat top griddle
The cooking surface of the griddle does heat up quickly so these eggs will cook super fast. Make sure you scrape the bottom of the eggs to prevent them from burning.
Make sure the griddle temperature is around medium heat to medium high heat. If you can master the correct heat, you can make a delicious breakfast in no time at all.

How to make Scrambled Eggs on Blackstone Griddle
- Crack the eggs into a medium bowl. Whisk until light and fluffy then mix in the salt and pepper.
- Preheat griddle to medium heat or medium high heat. Top with oil or you can cook bacon on the Blackstone first and cook it in the bacon grease. That is what I did for this recipe.
- Pour the egg mixture onto the hot griddle. They will cook and bubble up quick.
- Scrap and flip the eggs quickly to prevent them from burning.
- Remove from the griddle and top with parmesan cheese.
- Optionally top with sliced chives.
Stovetop Directions
First, preheat a skillet to medium high heat. Add oil or bacon grease. Then pour the whisked eggs onto the hot skillet. Stir and flip occasionally until done. Remove from the skillet and top with parmesan cheese.
Substitutions
If you do not want to use a whole egg, you can also use separated egg whites or a carton of Egg Whites to make this egg recipe. They just won't be as flavorful in my opinion.
Use can also make over-easy eggs or an over-hard griddled egg in the bacon fat for a quick breakfast.
What to serve with Scrambled Eggs on Blackstone Griddle
One of my favorite foods to pair with these Blackstone scrambled eggs is bacon. You can also serve it with Canadian bacon, breakfast sausage, French toast or these keto hash browns or a beef hash if you want to keep it low carb.
