Raspberry Cheesecake Ice Cream is a delectable dessert that packs a rich and indulgent flavor. It's the perfect treat for anyone with a sweet tooth.
Raspberry Cheesecake Ice Cream
I love making Raspberry Cheesecake Ice Cream in the Ninja CREAMi. It comes out super creamy with a delicious raspberry profile. It's made with a secret ingredient...goat milk!
You can also make this recipe with cow's milk, like Fairlife. I've made it both ways, but by far, it comes out much creamier when it's made with goat milk.
This homemade raspberry cheesecake ice cream is perfect when you want an indulgent, but healthy ice cream recipe.

Tools to make this easy recipe
- Ninja Blender – I love my ninja blender. Not only can you use it for the obvious, like smoothies and shakes, but it also works perfectly for making the ice cream base!
- Ninja Creami ice cream maker – I am in love with this Ninja Creami.
- Ninja Creami Pints - I opted for these pints because they were about half the price, but be weary if you need them quickly; it took about three weeks to get here. They did have some prime options for other pint containers, but I was being thrifty.
How to make Raspberry Cheesecake Ice Cream
- Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Next, transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint and place the lid on.

- After 24 hours, remove the lid and place the pint into the pint holder. Place the lid with the blade on top and lock it into place.
- Run the Ninja Creami on the ice cream function. You will need to respin twice for the best texture.

Substitutions
If you don't have goat's milk, you can always use regular milk like Fairlife milk. Just remember this will change the nutrition of your ice cream and possibly the texture.
Don't have raspberries, try subbing them out for blueberries or blackberries.
Even though blueberries, blackberries and raspberries are all types of berries, they have some differences. Blueberries are known for their sweet taste, while raspberries have a tart and slightly sweet taste.
Additionally, blueberries have a firmer texture, while raspberries are softer and have a slightly grainy texture. Blackberries, are similar in taste and texture to raspberries but have a lower carb count.
How to store
Store the raspberry ice cream in the freezer with the lid on. It should last 3 to 6 months in the freezer.
If you eat half of the ice cream, make sure to smooth the top and store it in the freezer with the lid on. When you go to eat it again, run it on the ice cream function like normal.
