Sometimes I make my own low carb chocolate using my own bake recipe, and other times I buy keto friendly chocolate and low carb candy bars.

How to make Low Carb Chocolate
This recipe is perfect who love their sweet tooth but following a ketogenic diet. Who says you can't enjoy the goodness of milk chocolate? The next time you feel an urge to satisfy your sweet treats craving, keto chocolate bars are the answer. This is literally one of my favorite recipes!
My keto chocolate bar recipe is super simple! Literally, you just need a bowl, a chocolate bar mold, and a fridge. BOOM! That's it. Simple ingredients, low-calorie food, perfect as keto snacks.
Basically you melt the cacao butter/cocoa butter and cacao bar in a microwave safe container. Next add the remaining ingredients. Mix. Pour it into the mold and pop it into the fridge. Enjoy.
No need for much sugar! You can store these goodies in an airtight container before popping them in the fridge.

I don’t understand this recipy, if you are using a 35g chocolate bar to make a 35g chocolate bar what’s the sense?
Lara
The recipe actually serves 2 🙂
Suzette
It's actually 35g of cacao butter and 35g chocolate bar which would make it a 70g bar.

Hi Lara,
I bought two chocolate molds and am looking forward to making this recipe! I'm not sure if you're aware but in the ingredients list where you have "I use this", there are no links that take your readers to the ingredients you use. I'd like to know the exact ingredients you use so that I can make sure my bars come out perfect! 🙂
Lara
Oh no! I'm sorry about that. I recently changed my recipe card plugin and that must not have come through. I will change it now 🙂
