How to make Protein Dalgona Coffee
- In a large glass, add 1 cup of 1% milk and 1 serving of whey protein powder. Blend until the whey is dissolved.
- In another glass, add 1 tablespoon of instant coffee, 1 tablespoon of sweetener, and 1 tablespoon of boiling water. Blend or whisk until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Add this to the top of your protein shake.
- Drink as is or stir to enjoy
Substitutions
If you wanted to use a different whey protein, you can always use a flavored whey like Carmel or chocolate flavor for a fun spin on this drink.
If you don't have Fair Life milk, then you can use your favorite type of milk or plant based milk alternative.
