So I'm still trying to get back into the swing of this eating healthier thing after indulging a lot last weekend over in Tampa. I know I'm a dietitian and I do preach and try to practice eating everything in moderation, but it's just hard for me to pass up food and I absolutely HATE to waste food.
One thing I've been trying to do is keep healthier snacks on hand so I don't go for the goodies at work. There seriously has been an influx of cookies, cakes and pastries being brought into work. I know I'm guilty of this because I wanted to get all of the Christmas candy out of my house so I brought it in to share with everyone.
So I'm just taking baby steps to get back into the swing of things, because when I try to make huge changes all at once I tend to fail or get frustrated easily.

This looks good. Normally I use overripe bananas to make soft serve!
How much protein powder is 3 servings? Would that be 3 scoops?
Lara
I depends on which protein powder you use. Mine is 2 scoops per serving so I use 6 scoops. My protein powder has 25g of protein per serving. I hope this helps!

They are in the oven right now. They smell delicious. I did add a tsp. of cinnamon just for some more flavor. Thanks so much for sharing this simple and fast healthy recipe. Can't wait to eat one with a cup of tea!
