As promised, here is part one of the Anti-Inflammatory Recipe Roundup. I joined up with a bunch of amazing bloggers to bring you these healthy and tasty breakfast and treat items.

On a personal note...

This weekend at the Pint and Paws beer tasting, Aaron and I adopted a puppy from Animal Advocates (and no we were not drunk). Some girl in a blue shirt (we thought she worked for them or at least volunteered for them) was walking around with this adorable puppy. It was so calm and cute, it just melted our heart at once.

Besides adopting a puppy, I got to spend a beautiful afternoon with these lovely ladies (and the boys too--not pictured).

And some more food porn 🙂 I cannot thank these bloggers enough for letting me link up with them and share their amazing recipes!

Wow, these look delicious and they are healthy too! I am curious about the sweet potato brownies, my boyfriend is a sweet tooth but get bad heartburn from the sweets he eats (or overeats!). These seem like alternatives to the otherwise "unhealthy" sweets.
