Hi I’m Lara! I’m a Ketogenic Dietitian Nutritionist and Keto Coach specializing in functional and integrative nutrition. I run a virtual nutrition practice we use a food as medicine approach to heal you from the inside out. I offer monthly Keto Coaching, Non-Keto Nutrition Coaching, and Meal Plan Creation. I also have a Keto Course for those that don’t need additional support. KETO NUTRITIONIST As a keto nutritionist who follows a keto diet myself, I can relate and give insight for better success and compliance with a ketogenic diet. As someone with a family history of cancer (both parents), metabolic syndrome, obesity, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia, I chose a ketogenic lifestyle as a preventative measure. What I did not realize was the added benefits she would immediately receive by following this lifestyle (weight loss, improved sleep, increased energy and decreased sugar cravings). By working with me I will break down the keto diet into easy actionable steps, with the support and accountability you need to achieve your desired results! KETO COACHING If you choose my keto coaching option, I will provide you will personalized keto diet macros along with supplement and vitamin/mineral recommendations. You will receive weekly support and macro adjustments via a HIPAA complaint platform that offers secure messaging and video calls. About Lara I attended Florida State University and The University of North Florida for her CADE undergraduate degree in nutrition. I completed my Master’s degree in Science of Nutrition from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville Florida. I originally saw clients in person, but with the expanse of teleheath I have moved my practice to fully being virtual. Over the past 10 years as a dietitian, I have worked in a wide variety of settings including Cardiovascular ICU, Out Patient Cancer Center, Hemodialysis Clinic and Long Term Care Facilities. Engaging with patients throughout these settings made me realize I wanted to help people on a deeper level. I started my private practice to give clients the individualized care they need to regain their health. Over the years with the emerging research linking ketogenic diets to health and longevity, I have slowly transitioned my practice to the low carb lifestyle.-
