Ingredients for this Ninja Creami Peach Sorbet

You only need 1 ingredient to create this refreshing peach sorbet:

  •  Peaches – Use canned peaches or peach fruit cups.
  •  Sweetener (Optional) – Depending on the sweetness of your peaches, you can add a drizzle of honey, agave, maple syrup, or monk fruit sweetener.

Pro Tip: Choose peaches in juice, not syrup to keep it naturally sweet.

Optional Add-ins:

  • Vanilla extract for a hint of sweetness
  • A squeeze of lemon juice to balance the flavor
  • That’s it! You’ll have a refreshing, creamy peach sorbet using just fruit cups.

Tips & Tricks

  • Prep in Advance. This recipe takes 18-24 hours to freeze.
  • Have a Deluxe maker? This recipe is made for the original Ninja Creami ice cream maker. If you have the deluxe, multiply each ingredient amount by 1.5.
  • Adjust sweetness – If your peaches aren’t very sweet, add a little honey or maple syrup.
  • Make it extra creamy – Blend in coconut milk or Greek yogurt for a richer texture.

Tools to make this easy recipe

  • Ninja Blender – I love my ninja blender. Not only can you use it for the obvious, like smoothies and shakes, but it also works perfectly for making the ice cream base!
  • Ninja Creami ice cream maker – I am in love with this Ninja Creami.
  • Ninja Creami Pints - I opted for these pints because they were about half the price but be weary if you need them quickly; it took about three weeks to get here. They did have some prime options for other pint containers, but I was being thrifty.

How to make Peach Sorbet with your Ninja Creami

  1. Blend the ingredients –Add peach cups into the Ninja Creami pint and place the lid on.
  2. Freeze – Transfer the pint to the freezer and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  3. Spin it – After 24 hours, remove the lid and place the pint into the pint holder. Place the lid with the blade on top and lock it into place. Run on sorbet.
  4. You will need 1 respin to get that perfect texture.

How to store

When freezing the ice cream pint, make sure the lid is on secured and it's placed in the freezer on a flat surface.

What to do if you don't eat the entire pint

If you don't eat all of the ice cream in one sitting, make sure to flatten the top of the ice cream, replace the lid and store in the freezer. When you're ready to eat it again you will need to run it on the lite ice cream function, and respin twice.

Notes

It will look like the Ninja Creami isn’t working for a little bit, but don’t fret. It’s trying to spin the top of the pint, but since nothing is there the mixture will remain unchanged for a little bit. It takes awhile for the blade to get down into the bottom and then you will see it start to process.
