My favorite thing about the weekend is getting to sleep in and my second favorite thing is pancakes! Well this weekend I did both. Since I can’t share my sleep with you, I guess I will just have to share my Gluten Free Protein Pancakes with you! And to make things better I’m hosting a $15 giveaway to make this post a little sweeter!
I can’t believe it’s August already! I launched the start of my 12 Weeks to Fit Challenge yesterday and so far it has been a success. Today, while I was at the gym I shot a few videos for the challenge’s private Facebook group as well as completing day 1 of the challenge.
I had taken a break from doing videos and posting to youtube, but I will probably start posting to there again. Also I might post some to Periscope, what do you think? You can follow me @HealthyFFBlog.
This recipe is super easy to make and is very versatile. Another favorite of mine is to chop up a banana and mix it into the batter, and then top it with coconut and dark chocolate chips!
In between layers of light and fluffy pancakes is Yoplait’s Original Yogurt, and it now has 25% less sugar!
These pancakes were gone before I knew it! They were even boyfriend approved!
