Following a keto meal plan may seem difficult. That’s why I’ve started to make these keto weekly meal plans using your Instant Pot to help simplify things.
This is the second of these keto weekly meal plans. Some feedback I received from the first is that not many people will be making all of the recipes for the week so I’ve opted to skip the grocery lists.
I will continue to calculate the macros for each recipe if they are not provided on the blogger’s own website. This is so that you can see if these meals will fit in line with your nutrition plan (if you’re following one).
Each week I will be rounding up different keto dinner recipes that can easily be made in an Instant Pot or pressure cooker. Sometimes I’ll include a breakfast or dessert recipe for the weekend if they seem interesting!

Tuesday – Instant Pot Keto Cheesy Ranch Chicken

Instant Pot Keto Cheesy Ranch Chicken. This tasty Instant Pot Keto Cheesy Ranch Chicken is so rich and creamy, it will leave your non keto friends and family asking for seconds.
Macros: 342kcals, 6g carbs, 0g fiber, 26g fat, 19.5g protein
Instant Pot Pulled BBQ Chicken. This is a simple low carb recipe that is insanely versatile. Make up a big batch of this shredded chicken breast with low carb BBQ sauce and meal prep it for the week.

Instant Pot Pork Carnitas . These carnitas are flavorful, tender, and delicious! They are so versatile and can be used in a variety of meals!

Instant Pot Cauliflower Pav Bhaji with Low Carb Biscuit. This comes together in less than 30 minutes, and uses a few easy tweaks to keep it a low carb Indian food meal while still keeping the integrity of the dish.
Macros: 368kcals, 18g carbs, 5g fiber, 13g net carbs, 29g fat, 12g protein
Macros: 323kcals, 1g carbs, 1g fiber, 17g fat, 40g protein
Instant Pot Crustless Veggie and Bacon Quiche. Quiche is one of those dishes that is classic comfort food and gourmet goodness all in one. This dish cooks perfectly in the Instant Pot and is packed with caramelized mushrooms, nourishing spinach, crispy bacon, several cheeses and a hint of lemon and herbs!
