Do you ever have those days where you are pressed for time and can't make it to the gym, or maybe it's pouring or freezing outside and you don't want to leave your house? Yeah, I have those days all the time, but I don't let those obstacles keep me from getting in an awesome workout! I love to eat and drink my wine so I make sure to get my workouts in, especially since the holidays are here and I may indulge a little more than normal and I don't want to pack on the pounds this holiday season. If you're like me, and need to get in a  quick workout any way you can, try this quick 30 minute upper body workout for a great heart pumping calorie burn.

Quick 30 minute upper body workout

This workout requires very little equipment, only dumbbells, a medicine ball and a jump rope (you can even improvise and use things around your house as weights) and in return you get an awesome 30 minute workout with around 250-300 calorie burn.
