Oh my goodness, where do I even start? Lara has been helping me, not only to control my blood sugar, but to really enjoy eating again! She has the patience and expertise to really take the time to help you understand what is best for your specific nutritional needs, and is always available for my random food questions. Working with Lara has been wonderful. She is super smart and really down to earth. She really took the time to learn about what help I needed, what my goals were, what was important to me, and the things that were hard for me to do. She gave me a really great plan and then worked with me on fine-tuning it. And there was never any judgment, only friendly and practical HELP. Since working with her I have stopped getting migraines, PMS migraines, and got through a really tough weight plateau. I'm also performing better in the gym and my hair is growing thicker and longer.
