Cut the salmon filets into 3 even pieces, ~5-6oz.

Check your salmon filets for pin bones. If you find any, remove them. If they’re super hard try using tweezers or even pliers

Add oil to the griddle and cook for 3 minutes over medium high heat

Flip and cook for 2 minutes flesh side down

Flip over again and baste with teriyaki sauce. Cook for 1-2 more minutes.

Remove from Blackstone when internal temp reaches 145F.
