- 2 lbs turkey steaks about 3
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Get Recipe Ingredients
Turn Smoker to 225F, and heat for about 15 minutes or until the smoker reaches temperature.
Sprinkle the turkey steaks with the salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Grease the grates and add the turkey steaks.
Insert thermometer and cook for 2 hours 30 minutes, flipping halfway. Spritz or mop with turkey steaks periodically to keep it moist.
Remove when the turkey reaches an internal temperature of at least 165F.
