Smoked Turkey Steaks

Making these crispy Smoked Turkey Steaks for a great backyard barbecue is always my favorite! They come out juicy and flavorful every time!

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs turkey steaks about 3
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Turn Smoker to 225F, and heat for about 15 minutes or until the smoker reaches temperature.
  • Sprinkle the turkey steaks with the salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  • Grease the grates and add the turkey steaks.
  • Insert thermometer and cook for 2 hours 30 minutes, flipping halfway. Spritz or mop with turkey steaks periodically to keep it moist.
  • Remove when the turkey reaches an internal temperature of at least 165F.
