Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Homemade Almond Milk
  • 1 Packet White Chocolate Peppermint CSE protein powder

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Next, transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint and place the lid on.
  • Transfer the pint to the freezer and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  • After 24 hours, remove the lid and place the pint into the pint holder. Place the lid with the blade on top and lock it into place. Process the pint on lite mode.
  • The mixture will be crumbly after 1 spin, so you will need to respin it twice for the best texture.

Notes

If you don’t want to make homemade almond milk you can use a store brand. Using a different kind of milk will change the nutrition profile and the texture of the ice cream.
