Honey Lemon Pepper Chicken Thighs is a flavorful and aromatic dish, perfect for an easy dinner recipe. It combines the sweet tanginess of honey, the bright zestiness of lemon, and the mild heat of black pepper.
In a large bowl add the honey, lemon juice, lemon pepper seasoning and salt. Whisk until honey is less thick.
Next add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat with honey mixture.
Heat a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken thighs for 3 minutes on each side.
Add the chicken broth and scrape the burnt bits with a wooden spoon. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for another 5-6 minutes, coating the chicken with the glaze.
Remove from heat when the chicken thighs reach an internal temperature of 165F.
