Ingredients

  • 12 oz raw medium shrimp
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 ½ cups panko
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Avocado oil spray

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer at 390F for 5 minutes
  • Add the egg to a shallow bowl and whisk until fluffy. Set aside.
  • Add the panko bread crumbs, salt and pepper into another shallow bowl and combine well.
  • Add a few shrimp to the egg mixture, coat completely.
  • Then transfer the shrimp to the panko mixture. Coat shrimp complete with bread crumbs.
  • Next transfer the shrimp to the air fryer basket. Place them in a single layer.
  • Spray them lightly with avocado oil spray if you want them extra crispy.
  • Cook for 8-9 minutes at 390F. No need to flip these shrimp.
