Frozen Burgers on a Blackstone

Frozen Burgers on a Blackstone Griddle is my favorite way to cook a burger.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil or bacon grease
  • 4 frozen burgers
  • ¼ teaspoon Montreal Seasoning
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • 4 Burger Buns

Optional Burger Toppings

  • Tomato
  • Bacon
  • Lettuce

Instructions

  • Preheat Blackstone to medium and add the oil or bacon grease.
  • Add the frozen burgers to the Blackstone griddle. Cover the burgers with a dome or if you have a lid on your Blackstone, place it down.
  • Cook for 6-7 minutes until the burgers are thawed.
  • Remove the dome. Sprinkle with Montreal seasoning.
  • Flip the burgers over and cook for an additional 5-6 minutes.
  • Flip again and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the burgers reach an internal temperature of at least 160F. Add the cheese
  • Remove from Blackstone and top with your favorite burger toppings
