Instant Pot Cheesy Mashed Cauliflower

Place a trivet into the bottom of the instant pot. Add 1 cup of water.

Add 1 cup of water and the florets. Then hit “Manual” “High Pressure”

Perform a “manual pressure release.”  Remove the Instant Pot lid carefully.

Remove the cauliflower and the trivet, and drain out the water. Add in butter and garlic.

Melt the butter. Once melted add the garlic and cook until fragrant.

Then add in the cauliflower, salt and pepper.

With an electric hand mixer, blend until smooth.

Then add in the shredded cheddar cheese and stir with a wooden until cheese is fully melted.
