Gluten Free Banana Nut Protein Bars

Ingredients

  • 3 medium ripe bananas
  • 3 servings protein powder
  • 2 Tbsp almond flour
  • 2 Tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 tsp xanthan gum optional
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 Tsp vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup egg whites
  • 8 pecan halves

Instructions

  1. Pre-Heat oven to 375
  2. Combine all ingredients except the pecans into a blender
  3. Pour batter into a greased baking pan
  4. Top with pecan halves
  5. Bake for 15 minutes
