Instructions
Mix the base. Add all ingredients to a Ninja pint except for the Cookies. For this recipe we used a frother to blend until smooth.
Freeze the mixture. Next, transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint and place the lid on. Transfer the pint to the freezer and freeze for at least 24 hours.
Spin It in the Ninja Creami. After 24 hours, remove the lid and place the pint into the pint holder. Place the lid with the blade on top and lock it into place. Process the pint on lite mode.
Re-spin as Needed. The mixture will be crumbly after 1 spin, so you will need to respin it once for the best texture.
Add mix ins. Make a hole in the ice cream, break the cookies up into pieces and place them in the hole. Select Mix In Setting.
Serve and Enjoy: Scoop the protein-packed ice cream into a bowl or enjoy it straight from the container. For a little extra flair, you can top it with your preferred toppings.
