  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 8 oz sausage patties
  • 8 large eggs

Instructions

  • First, preheat the Blackstone over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Then add a little bit of high-heat oil (like avocado oil, tallow or lard).
  • Add your sausage patties to the griddle and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until the sausage reaches an internal temperature of 165F.
  • When the sausage only has a few more minutes left to cook, add a little bit of oil to the griddle and crack open a couple of eggs. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
