Equipment

  • skillet

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bacon sliced into small pieces
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup chicken broth or water

  • Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Reduce heat to low.
  • Add the chicken broth and scrap the bottom to remove the browned bits.
  • Add the green beans. Stir.
  • Cover and allow to simmer for about 10 minutes until green beans and chicken are fully cooked.
