First, unwrap and wash your cauliflower and roughly chop the cauliflower into florets.

Place the florets into a silicone trivet and place that in your instant pot.

Put the lid on your instant pot and make sure the nob is set to closed then cook.

With a potato masher or wooden spoon, mash cauliflower until it is a rice consistency.
