Blackstone Chicken Breasts

These chicken breasts on the Blackstone are full of flavor for an easy dinner! This simple recipe is great for a weeknight. It also is low carb and keto, too!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 pound chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ black pepper ground
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Instructions

  • First, butterfly the chicken breasts and set aside.
  • In the large baggie add the avocado oil and all of the spices. Mix well.
  • Add the chicken breasts to the bag and then massage to coat evenly.
  • Marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature.
  • Pre-heat blackstone over medium high heat
  • Cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165F in the thickest part of the chicken.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and eating.
