Ingredients

Instructions

  • First cut your salmon into 5-6 ounce filets
  • Next check your salmon filets for pin bones. If you find any, remove them. If they’re super hard try using tweezers or even pliers (make sure they’re ones you only use in the kitchen)
  • Next preheat your blackstone griddle to 375-400F. This is about medium high on mine.
  • Add the oil to the flat top grill once hot.
  • Then add the salmon filets skin side down and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Next flip and cook flesh side down for 2 minutes.
  • Flip back to skin side up and pour teriyaki sauce over the salmon. Let cook for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens and the salmon comes to an internal temperature of 145F.
  • Remove from griddle and serve.

Notes

Serve with grilled vegetables. Store any leftovers in a glass airtight container.
