Parmesan Asparagus

Roasted Parmesan Asparagus are literally to die for. If you like baked vegetables this is a very simple and delicious side you can serve weekly with any entree.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb asparagus ends removed
  • 2 tablespoon avocado oil
  • ½ teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 teaspoon grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Heat Oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
  • Place asparagus onto a sheet pan, drizzle with avocado oil. Roll the asparagus on the sheet pan until they are coated with oil
  • Sprinkle with salt, pepper and ¼ cup of parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 5-6 minutes. Turn oven to broil and brown another 2 minutes. Remove from oven and top with remaining parmesan cheese.
